Never before has there been such a need for accurate and granular data on the current and future skills needs in the UK Energy sectors than there is today, and never before has there been the need for a common skills nomenclature. The Energy Skills Intelligence Hub (ESIH) provides this data and provides the common taxonomy and is already helping organisations in the UK to face the challenge and develop the right skills needed to ensure we remain a World Leader in the energy sectors of today and tomorrow.
